From Canton:
Take Hwy. 110 to Hwy 276 Intersection. Turn left onto Hwy. 276 S. (Cruso Rd.) Follow Cruso Road for 6-7 miles. East Fork Baptist Church will be on the left.

From Waynesville:
Take Hwy. 276 S. from Waynesville. Follow through Hwy. 276 & 110 intersection and continue on Hwy 276 S. for 6-7 miles. East Fork Baptist Church will be on the left.

From Brevard:
Take Hwy 276 N. at the 276 & Hwy 64 intersection and follow about 25 miles and East Fork Baptist Church will be on the right.

From Blue Ridge Parkway:
Take exit to Hwy. 276 (412 Mile Marker). Take right onto Hwy. 276 N. and follow for about 10 miles and East Fork Baptist Church will be on the right.
